Moms do you enjoy scrapbooking?
I started scrapbooking when our daughter was a newborn. I decided I didn’t want a baby book or a photo album. I wanted it all in one. So I put together a really pretty scrapbook for her. I wrote down all her firsts and just little things I observe her doing, something funny or interesting. I have it all in chronological order from the time she was born until last year. I am still on July of last year! I am so behind. She is 2 1/2 and I noticed I haven’t been scrapbooking as much as I should. It’s hard to find the time and creativity and also the motivation when I am dead tired after a day of running around after her. lol
Anyway, do you have a scrapbook for your little one? I mean a handmade one, not one you make online although those are lovely too. How do you find the time to keep up on it? Also, when should I stop? I was thinking of doing it until she is 3 but I might not stop there. It’s like a neverending amount of scrapbooks! lol
I love scrapbooking! I am not that creative but I am learning as I go.
I have done the same thing as you for my 2.5 year old son
It’s like a baby book/photo/scrapbook that I have created in chronological order, sounds alot like what you have done! I love it! So far I have got up to a little past his first Birthday. I will continue it because I enjoy it, but I also have baby #2 due in a week so I dont know how much time I will have to be working on 2 scrapbooks lol It was most important for me to get that first year done.
